How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order ships, whichever is earlier. Send your cancellation request at email@example.com or call us on +91 95101 51956. Please note that once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy is applicable.
What is your return policy for defective items?
You can return defective products up to 48 hours from the date of delivery. To return, send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org or call our number 95101 51956,
The returned product must be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.
Which items can I return?
Except gift orders, all items can be returned. Items damaged in transit will be considered for return / replacement after verification. We must be notified of the damaged / defective product within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement / refund.
Do you arrange for return pickups?
For now, we do not have such an arrangement. You’ll have to pack and send the product to our address: ‘Amafhh”, Pambhar Street, Sitaram Road, Bedipara, Rajkot – Gujarat – 360003. Please do not forget to mention order number on the package.
When will I receive the replacement?
Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse and it has been ascertained that:
- The item(s) are unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
- The packaging has original tags in place.
- The items have been shipped from customer’s end within 15 days from the date of original dispatch.
Only such items that meet all the above conditions will be accepted and a return / replacement will be initiated. These measures are in place to ensure only genuine return requests are processed.
Can I replace /cancel a gift order?
Sorry, but we cannot cancel or replace/refund a gift order.
